By submitting one or more photographs or digital images given for consideration to Merial Limited to be posted on the Photo Gallery of www.mypettroubles.com website, I hereby certify that I am the sole rightful owner of all rights of the photograph(s) or image(s) submitted and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Merial Limited for any claims to the contrary.

I hereby grant Merial Limited all rights in the photograph(s) or digital image(s) submitted and acknowledge and agree that Merial Limited will retain any and all ownership rights relating to the photograph(s) or digital image(s) and any use thereof. These rights shall include, but shall not be limited to, inclusion of the photograph(s) or digital image(s) in any future publications or promotions of Merial Limited, in any format, and to grant permission for their use in outside publication(s).

I authorize the use or reproduction of these photograph(s) or digital image(s) without acknowledgement and without being entitled to remuneration or compensation. I also waive any right I may have to inspect and/or approve any material using the photograph(s) or digital image(s), and release Merial Limited from any and all liability which could result from its use.

I further certify that I am the owner of said pet appearing in the photograph(s) or digital image(s), and I grant permission for publication of the photograph or digital image, not limited to mypettroubles.com.
